The Erudite Group of companies successfully completes the acquisition of EVH Consulting Engineers

In order to expand the already diverse engineering capabilities offered, Erudite Engineering (Pty) Ltd was formed through the acquisition of a controlling stake in EVH Consulting Engineers, effective November of 2017.

 

We are excited to have Etienne van Heerden and his team on board and look forward to facilitating additional growth through this entity. Etienne has been appointed as Managing Director of Erudite Engineering (Pty) Ltd and is supported on the Board by Stefan Venter who will take responsibility for the financial and corporate functions.

Erudite Strategies (Pty) Ltd impresses in Perth

We are particularly proud of the delivery track record that the team holds in terms of African projects and we embarked on an exploratory visit to the mining sector in West Australia during November of 2017. The purpose of the visit was to explore the value that we could add to the local mining industry who hold mineral tenements in Africa and the response was very positive.

 

The visit attracted enough attention to justify an interview with local mining industry media leader, Creamer Media who interviewed Johann de Bruin earlier this month. Read More.
